We gathered a gallon of superballs and all our employees together one day. Each wrote a single word on a superball about what we wanted to focus on over the next year. The superballs were put back into a vase and sat in our lobby to remind us of the mosaic, energy and momentum we create together.
We wanted to tell the story of Core Creative through the Pixar storytelling model — and the results are this one-minute origin story based on our superball exercise.
